Our team is built on a combined experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction of projects ranging from $50,000 to $137 million. In our first year, we managed numerous capital projects for associations including a total of 13 projects during the 2018 fall/winter period alone. The projects consisted of 7 waterproofing projects, 2 air-cooled to water-cooled chiller projects, 2 roof projects, and 2 exterior door and window projects for an estimated total of $11.3 million. We have since expanded our project services by adding building exterior envelope forensic inspections, Infrared Drone Technology, and many other GPR scanning technologies to our company.
Hurricanes Sally and Zeta exposed us to a completely different type of project management than the planned capital projects and we have continued to build relationships with contractors, insurance companies, and other disaster-related firms. Natural disasters can be the most stressful time for business owners, condo owners, and commercial property management companies but Triton provides services to help smooth out the recovery process and make sure you are well-represented. We are not public adjusters, nor are we large loss claim consultants, we focus on Client representation through these tough recovery efforts.
