Construction Management

Construction and Project Management are often categorized as the same service. We separate these services because we understand the importance of the two as separate goals. While project management focuses on the whole project including the construction process, our construction management services focus solely on the details performed by contractors to give our clients the peace of mind that they get what they pay for. We are exposed to all types of construction and new products every day and our goal is to be on the front end of the industry changes, not chasing them. We have developed and continue to grow our inspection and investigative services by providing field testing of construction products, product applications, ground penetrating radar (GPR), infrared drone technology, moisture intrusion, and many other specialized testing procedures.

We have developed relationships with multiple professional engineers and provide a multitude of support services to them through our inspection and investigative services. Structural inspections and project planning are processes that we provide non-destructive testing (NDT) services for. The more data one knows prior to planning or bidding on a project the more accurate the project budget will be. As structures get older, the necessity to perform structural inspections grows. Non-destructive testing is a great resource we provide to assist in knowing what’s inside of the structure without peeling back the layers.
